This is a very heavy stainless steel pizza cutter that does a great job! It’s a favorite of brick oven owners. The handle is turned on a lathe from various woods - walnut, cherry, maple, hickory, etc. The one in the picture is walnut.  Please let us know if you have a preference, otherwise it will be of our choosing from what we have in stock.  If we don’t have your preference in stock, it will take a few days longer for it to ship.
